Bay of Fires Shuttle

Ride the scenic Bay of Fires adventure trail. This amazing unique trail starts high up on the Blue Tier mountains and heads all the way down to the beach at the beautiful Bay of Fires coastline. 

Shuttle Info

• The shuttle departs Derby at 8.30 am and arrives at the start at 9.30 am and at 2:30 pm approx departs Swimcart Beach arriving back at Derby at approx. 4.00 - 4.30 pm.
• Complementary morning tea (tea/coffee/hot choc and cake) is provided at the 19 km halfway rest spot. 
• Please note, due to the distance and time it takes our driver to complete the full shuttle service we need a minimum of 4 in total booked to run the service. If the minimum numbers are not met 48 hours before departure you will be contacted with options as we may still run the shuttle. 

Trail Info

Whether you like to ride on some super flow trail downhill or enjoy some cross country flow or just want a fun day on the trails this epic 42 km wilderness trail is for you. The trail starts at the top of the Blue Tier and winds all the way down to Swimcart beach, found on the beautiful Bay of Fires coastline.

More Info

• An e-bike is highly recommended but not necessary.
• Bring lunch (esky provided), swimmers, towel and change of clothes for the bus home. All can be left in the bus.
• Practice good trail etiquette: 1) Leave no trace, 2) Ride to your ability. 3) Move over safely for faster riders.
• Be prepared as the trail is remote and you need to be self sufficient.
• Tyre and shock pumps, spare tube and basic tools are carried on the bus if needed.
