Bay of Fires Shuttle

Ride the scenic Bay of Fires adventure trail. This amazing unique 42 km trail starts high up on the Blue Tier mountain and heads all the way down to the beach at the beautiful Bay of Fires coastline.

• The shuttle departs Derby at 8.45 am and arrives at trail head at 9.45 am.   
• Shuttles run every Wednesday and Saturday and on demand for Groups

Trail Info

Whether you like to ride on some super flow trail downhill or enjoy some cross country you are going to have an awesome day on this epic 42 km wilderness trail. The trail starts at the top of the Blue Tier mountain and winds all the way down to Swimcart beach, found on the beautiful Bay of Fires coastline.

Length - 42 km (36 km single track + 6 km on fire road)

Grade - Blue (Intermediate)

Ride Time - 3 to 5 hrs

Start - Blue Tier trail head

Finish - Swimcart Beach (Bay of Fires)

More Info

• An e-bike is highly recommended but not necessary
• Bring lunch (esky provided), swimmers, towel and change of clothes for the bus back to Derby (1 hr 15 min)
• Drinking water is carried on the bus so you can top up your bottles
• There are only toilets at both the start and finish trail heads. No shops.
